20 cups flour
20 cups whole wheat flour
3 tablespoons + 1 teaspoon soda
3 tablespoons + 1 teaspoon salt
1c. of sugar
22 cups buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 450 Degrees
2. Mix all dry ingredients together in a large bowl and whisk
3. Create a well in the center of the dry ingredient in the bowl and add the buttermilk to it
4. Mix together using one of your hands until the flour is incorporated.
5. Place on a well floured tap and round it off, making it an equal shape
6. Slice crossing slashes into the bread using a knife, a serrated blade works best
7. Bake in the oven for 15-20 and then reduce the heat to 400 degrees and bake until its done around 30 minutes
