Ingredients:  
Cover turkey giblets (without the liver) with water & Cook in small saucepan. Cool then chop finely.

In frying pan, Cook until tender:
1 cube butter
1 large onion, chopped finely
5 celery ribs, chopped finely

Meanwhile in large bowl:
2 pkgs seasoned bread cubes ( stuffing mix)
onion mixture
2 - 3 tsp poultry seasonings
4 Tb. sage
salt and pepper to taste
2 beaten eggs

add giblet water & canned chicken broth until you can make a ball with the entire mixture......moist but not wet.Stuff turkey!

When mom was sick, she sat and instructed me on the steps to make her famous sage bread dressing. This is an approximation of the ingredient amounts, as she never measured anything in this recipe. She just would add and taste......so I have written it down but you need to taste and test as you go.....
