2 cups cooked-diced chicken
1 cup cooked rice
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 stick margarine
1 cup chopped celery
1 onion-chopped
3 hard-boiled eggs-chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups herb-seasoned stuffing mix

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chicken, rice, juice, celery, soup, onion, mayonnaise, eggs and salt and pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly and place in greased casserole dish. Mix butter and stuffing and sprinkle over top. Bake at 350º for about 30 minutes.
