8 potatoes-peeled and sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup Velveeta-cubed or shredded
1/2 cup chopped onions
3/4 soup can of milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine soup and milk; stir together. In large baking dish layer potatoes, onions, and cheese. Pour the soup mixture over the top. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover and bake at 350º for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
