1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1/2 finely chopped green pepper
1 small onion, finely chopped
28 oz whole tomatoes, blended
28 oz tomato sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 pkg spaghetti sauce mix (Club House packet)
1 c. cottage cheese
1 pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 egg
1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese
3 1/2 c. grated mozzarella
3 1/2 c. grated cheddar
Pkg. oven ready lasagna noodles

Directions:

Cook beef with green pepper and onion. Add whole tomatoes, tomato sauce, garlic powder, pepper and 1/2 of spaghetti sauce packet. Cook together a few minutes.

Beat egg, cottage cheese, cream cheese and parmesan with mixer.

Put a small amount of sauce in pan. Layer noodles then cream cheese mixture, followed by 1/3 of meat sauce. Then add another layer of noodles, the shredded cheddar, and again 1/3 of meat sauce. Finally layer last of noodles, meat sauce and mozzarella cheese.

Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour at 350 º Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
