54 oz pineapple chunks
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 sleeve Ritz crackers
3 T melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour pineapple into colander and drain for about 1 minutes. Combine pineapple, cheese, flour and sugar. Mix well. Pour into a greased Pyrex dish. Crush crackers spread across top. Evenly pour melted butter over cracker's. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown and slightly bubbly.
