1 lb. cheese (sharp)
1 lb. butter
1 lb. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 T. sugar
Red pepper to taste

Directions:
Grate cheese, cream butter and mix. Sift flour with salt, sugar and red pepper. Make into roll, wrap in waxed paper and keep in refrigerator until hard. Slice thin and cook in slow oven. If desired, put a pecan half on each biscuit before baking.
