1 1/2 C. sour milk
2 eggs
1 T. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 C. cornmeal
1/2 C. flour
1/2 C. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 425º.

Melt butter in oven.

Mix together milk, slightly beaten eggs, sugar, salt, soda, cornmeal, flour, melted butter. Pour into pan where you melted the butter. Cook only about 15-20 minutes or until springs back when lightly touched.
