1 gallon dill pickles
5 c. sugar
3 large garlic buds chopped
12 oz. bottle Tabasco
Onion slices, if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Put a layer of pickles back into the jar. Put 1/5 of the onions, 1/5 of garlic, 1/5 of Tabasco. Sprinkle 1 c. sugar. Do this 5 times. Put the lid on the jar and turn upside down. Shake the jar every day. Wait 5 to 7 days. Separate into pint jars and refrigerate after opening each pint jar.
