1 small bottle Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 Tbsp. cumin
3 cloves garlic-minced
5 lbs. chicken breasts

Cook all together in a crock pot for 6 hours. Shred meat and cook 1 additional hour.

Melt cheese on the tortilla in a skillet, pile on the rice and beans, meat, lettuce tomatoes (salsa), dressing and top it all off with little bakes tortilla strips. ©
