4 croissants
1&1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 small zucchini, chopped
1 small tomato, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 can chopped green chilis, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 325º. Cut croissants down the side to make a pocket to insert veggies. Mix other ingredients and spoon into croissants. Heat on an ungreased cookie sheet about 15 minutes (until cheese is melted)
