2 containers of fresh brussels sprouts
appox. 1/2 cup olive oil
kosher or sea salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Trim bottoms of the brussels sprouts and cut in half. Blanch in boiling water for 3-4 minutes. Drain and place on a rimmed cookie sheet. Cover generously with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Bake at 400º for 15 minutes, or until carmelized.
