1 lb crab meat
4 saltine crackers
1 lg egg
1/2 mayonnaise
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crushed crackers, egg, mayonnaise and seasonings. Add crabmeat and gently mix, but thoroughly, adding additional mayonnaise if needed. Be careful not to add too much mayo. Shape into 6 crabcakes. Fry cabcakes in just enough oil to prevent sticking. Takes about 5 minutes on each side.
May be baked at 350º for 2-3 minutes instead of frying.
