1 can of diced tomatoes
1 can of tomato sauce
2-3 serrano chiles (depending on how hot you want it)
½ onion
1 bunch of cilantro
Garlic salt
Directions:
Directions:
Cut onion in diced chunks, cut stems off of serranos and wash cilantro (cut into 4 sections) and put into a blender, add 3 shakes of garlic salt to taste. Add a little water and press blend on blender but not at full speed, just touch one second at a time (pulsating the mixture). Add more water if too thick. The mixture of cilantro, onions and Serrano chiles should be all chopped before adding the tomatoes and tomato sauce. Keep pulsating until they are. Then add diced tomatoes and tomato sauce doing the same thing barely touch the blend button. Even if you have to do it 6-8 times. What you don’t want to do is blend at full speed cause then your salsa will come out frothy like smoothy.
