"Dough"
1 lb oleo
4 T. sugar
8 c. flour
1 tsp salt
8 egg yolks
2 cakes of yeast

"Nut Filling"
3 lbs ground nuts
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 stick melted oleo
1 1/2 c. water or canned milk (may use egg whites with water or milk)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º

Work butter, salt, flour and sugar together. Add egg yolks. Dissolve yeast in 1 c of canned milk. When dissolved, add to rest of mixture. Let stand for 1 hour covered. Roll in powdered sugar.

Bake 350º for 35-45 minutes.
