20 cups All-Purpose Flour
20 cups Whole Wheat Flour
20 cups Corn Flour
6 tablespoons Baking Powder
10 tablespoons Baking Soda
5 cups Sugar
6 tablespoons Salt
40 Eggs
64 cups Buttermilk (16 qts)
5 cups Canola Oil (add when wet is mixed with dry)

Directions:

1. Mix all dry ingredients well in large bowl
2. Mix all Wet ingredients well in a large bowl
3. pour wet ingredients in the dry and mix well together
4. Thin batter with buttermilk if too thick; thicken with flour if too thin. Cook the pancakes thoroughly until golden (not burned/dark brown). REGULARLY CHECK TEMP OF GRIDDLE!
5. Do not press down on pancakes when cooking them.
6. Place then in an appropriate container and cover to keep warm
7. Serve with warm syrup and diabetic syrup
