3 cups cornflakes
1/2 cup peanuts (salted)
1/2 cup coconut (flaked)
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup light cream (or unsweetened condensed milk)
1/2 cup light syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cornflakes, peanuts and coconut in a large buttered, mixing bowl and set aside. Cook together sugar, cream and syrup to soft ball stage. Test when it no longer boils up. Pour hot mixture over cornflake mixture and toss together until well coated. Spread in a 6 x 10 inch buttered pan and press together. Cut into bars when cool. It will be sticky.
