2 1/4 C All-purpose Flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 C Butter, Softened
3/4 C Sugar
3/4 C Light Brown Sugar, packed
1 tsp, Vanilla
2 Eggs
2 C (12oz pkg.) Hershey's Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1 C Chopped Nuts (Optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together flour. baking soda and salt in large bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla with mixer until creamy. Add eggs, beat well. Gradually add flour mixture, beating well. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts, if desired. Drop by teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake 8-10 minutes at 375º or until lightly browned.
