1/2 cup lukewarm water
2 packages yeast
1 1/2 cup mashed potatoes
1/2 cup oleo, melted
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
5 cups flour
1/2 cup warm milk
CENTER TOPPING:
1 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve water and yeast for 10 minutes. Add potatoes, oleo, sugar, eggs and salt. Mix in flour and warm milk. Knead and roll out on floured surface. Sprinkle center topping over rolled out dough. Roll up and slice 1 inch thick. Put in greased pans and let rise twice the size of rolls. Bake at 350º for 15 to 22 minutes. Ice with powdered sugar and water mixture.
