8 oz. vermicelli
4 T. salad oil
4 T. lemon juice
3 t. accent
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 jar pimentos, diced 2 oz. (more if desired)
1 can sliced black olives - 4 oz. (more if desired)
1 chopped green bell pepper
1/2 c. Hellmann mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Cook vermicelli according to directions. Rinse and drain.Mix lemon juice, oil and accent. Pour over vermicelli and marinate overnight. Next day, add celery, onion, pimentos, olives, green pepper and mayonnaise and toss. Add salt and pepper to taste. Keep refrigerated. The flavor is even better the second day.
