40c. of unused bread
24eggs
8c. of whole milk
4c. of sugar
2T of cinnamon
1T of Nutmeg
1T of ground Cloves
1T of vanilla extract
3c. of dried or fresh fruit like pears or apples

Directions:
Directions:
1. Leave the bread in the cooler uncovered overnight to allow to harden
2. In a large bowl combine eggs and spices together
3. In the same bowl add the remaining wet ingredients and blend well with a whisk
4. After all the ingredients have come together, add the bread
5. Bake on 375º for 20-5 minutes or until the bread has come together almost like a cake
