Dissolve 1 pkg lemon jello in 1 cup boiling water. Add
3 Tablespoons lemon juice. Chill until it just starts to thicken. Whip.
Cream together:
1-8 oz pkg cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Add whipped gelatin and mix well.
Whip one can of evaporated milk and fold into gelatin mixture. Combine 1/2 pound crushed graham crackers and 1/4 cup melted butter.Pack 2/3 of mixture in bottom and sides of 13 x 9 inch pan. Add filling and sprinkle with remaining crumbs.
