Directions:
Directions:
Cook the rice in chicken or been stock until almost soft. I use brown rice and it takes about 35-40min.
Cut all the vegetable. carrots and celery into 1" slices, Onions, peppers in quarters or eights.leave mushrooms whole if they are small. In a large skillet saute carrots and celery in oil until almost done. Add the balance of the vegetables and cook over high heat so they will cook quickly. Slice the meat while the vegetables are cooking. Add to vegetables just to heat, stir in and of the sauces depending on how you want the dish to taste. If to dry you can add a little orange juice. at this point you can either add the cooked rice to the dish or if you fully cooked the rice you can put the meat and vegetable dish over the rice. I like to mix the rice in as it give it a better flavor.
