1 cup sour cream
1 cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup water (or milk)
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Beat cake mix -- no lumps. Add sour cream, oil and water and vanilla. Beat eggs first, then add to rest. Spray bundt pan. Add cake batter. Shake bubbles to top. Bake according to cake mix package. You can add fruit, drained. Use juice as water. For lemon cake, use 1/4 cup lemon juice + 1/4 cup water. If you need a cake this is a quick one.
