2 -16 oz.containers of guacamole
1 -16 oz.container of salsa(I like Margaritaville medium)
1 -16 oz. container of sour cream
2 c. of finely shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 c. chopped green onions
1 small can of chopped black olives (optional)
Bag of tortilla chips (I like Margaritaville-Sea salt or Lime)

Serves: 12-15
Preparation time: 15 minutes

On a platter or flat bowl, spread the guacamole. Cover it with chopped cilantro and onions. Mix salsa and sour cream in a separate bowl to your taste. You may use less salsa than sour cream...it's up to you! Spread over the guacamole mixture. Top with shredded cheese. You can add olives on top if desired.

This treat never lasts long, but if you have leftovers, cover tightly with plastic wrap to keep air away from the guac. Otherwise, the next day it looks really bad, but tastes okay. The final proportions for this dip are up to you and your taste!
