1 lb. breakfast sausage, crumbled
9 slices cubed bread
2 cups shredded cheese
9 eggs
1 cup whipping cream
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage in a skillet until browned, stirring occasionally. Drain on a paper-towel lined plate. Put cubed bread in bottom of a 9X13 buttered dish. Top with sausage and then shredded cheese. Beat eggs with seasonings, whipping cream and milk. Pour on top of sausage. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

You can substitute with bacon, chili peppers, jalapeņos, etc...
