2 lbs. light brown sugar
3/4 cup evaporated milk
1 stick of butter
dash of salt

18 oz. jar (or 2 cups) peanut butter
12 oz. jar of marshmallow cream (All I can find are 7oz. jars, so I buy 2 and I don't use all of the second jar)
1 teaspoon vanilla
nuts (optional)

Directions:
Cook first 4 ingredients to a soft ball stage..roughly 6 minutes over low heat at a boil. Remove from heat and add peanut butter, marshmallow cream, vanilla and nuts (optional). Beat until blended and pour into a buttered 9X13 dish. Cut into squares when cool. Store in an air tight container.
