3 medium ripe avocados
2 TB lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonaisse
1 packet taco seasoning
1 cup chopped green onions
2 cups chopped tomatoes
7 oz black olives
8-12 oz sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

In an oblong glass casserole dish, layer as follows:
1) mashed avocados mised with the salt, pepper, and lemon juice
2) Sour cream mixed with the mayo and taco seasoning
3) chopped onions
4) chopped tomatoes
5) olives
6) shredded cheese
chill and serve with taco chips

I'm allergic to most beans, so this was my friend's contribution to a Super Bowl party we hosted many years ago. We don't have a Super Bowl party anymore, but this recipe was a keeper!
