1 package (8 ounces) medium noodles
1 pound ground beef
2 cans (8 ounces each) tomato sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup sour cream
6 green onions, chopped
3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Cook noodles in boiling water and drain. Brown meat, drain off grease, stir in tomato sauce, salt, pepper and garlic salt. Simmer 15 minutes. Combine noodles, cottage cheese, sour cream and onions. In two quart casserole alternate layers of noodle mixture and meat mixture starting with noodle mixture. Top with cheese and bake at 350º for 20 to 25 minutes.
