1/2 lb. ground pork
1/2 lb. ground chuck
1 cup plain bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 cloves garlic, chopped fine
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Mix all ingredients together and form into balls. Bake at 350 degrees till done.
