2 cans hominy
medium onion
1 can mushroom soup
cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Drain cans of hominy, saving liquid in saucepan. Add chopped onion to liquid and boil. When onions get tender add hominy to liquid and onion. Heat and add can of mushroom soup and a tablespoon of oleo. Pour in baking dish and slice velveeta cheese in strips and place on top. Put in oven and let cook until it bubbles (350º oven) and remove from oven.
