1 (16 oz) package mild sausage
1 (10 oz) package chopped frozen spinach
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
1 (8 oz) container sour cream
1 (10 oz) can extra-hot Rotel Tomatoes .. I used hot with habaneroes .. all I could find
1 1/2 c shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 minced garlic
5 green onion, chopped

Directions:
In a larrge skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until bowned and crumbly; drain. Add spinach and cook out all water. Add cream cheese and sour cream. Cook until bubbly; stirring frequently. Add tomatoes and Cheddar cheese and continue to cook, stirring frenquently. When cheese is meltd, add garlic and onions. Serve warm with chips.
