8 cups cooked rhubarb
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 package MCP pectin
6 cups sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cut rhubarb into small pieces. Put in a pan with 1/2 cup water and cook until it is a pulp.. Use 8 cups of cooked rhubarb with 1/4 cup lemon juice, 1 package MCP pectin and 6 cups of sugar. Follow directions on the MCP box. Makes about 8 - 12 pints.
