1 cup all-purpose flour
6 T butter
1/2 cup pecans
8 oz light cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
2 (8 oz) tubs light whipped topping divided
2 lg. (2.1 oz) boxes Jell0 Instant Chocolate pudding
4 cups skim milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together the flour, butter and pecans. Pat into a (9x13) baking pan. Bake at 325 degree for 20 minutes. Cool completely.

Cream together the cream cheese and powdered sugar. Fold in 8 oz. of whipped topping. Spread over cooled crust.

Prepare pudding according to package directions with the 4 cups of milk. Spread over cream cheese layer.

Top with the other 8 oz. tub of whipped topping.

Chill for 3-4 hours before serving (indeal to make a day ahead)
