2 pkg Frozen copped spinach
4 T butter
2 T flour
2 T chopped onion
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 vegetables liquor
1/2 t black pepper
3/4 t celery salt
3/4 t garlic salt
1/4 salt
6 oz Kraft Velveeta Cheese product
2 T chopped jalapeņo pepper
1 t Worcestershire sauce
1/4 t red pepper

Cook spinach according to package directions. Drain and reserve liquor. Melt butter in sauce pan over low heat. Add flour, stirring until blended and smooth but not brown. Add onion and cook until soft, but not brown. Add liquid slowly, stirring constantly to avoid lumps. Cook until smoother and tick, continue stirring

Add seasonings, jalapeņos and cheese, which has been cut into small pieces. Stir until melted combine with cooked spinach. May be served immediately or put into a casserole and topped with buttered bread crumbs. The flavor is improved if it is done and refrigerate overnight. Can be made ahead of time and frozen
