1 stick butter
1 bunch green onions, chopped fine
1 med. bell pepper, chopped find
1 med. onion, chopped fine
3 T flour
1 # crayfish tails
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 t black pepper
1/2 t salt
1/4 t red pepper
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1 cup evaporated milk
16 mini pie shells

Directions:
Directions:
Saute together in stick of butter, green onions, bell pepper onion, till transparent. Stir in flour add evaporated milk and cream of mushroom soup, cook for 20 minutes. Add crawfish cook for 15 minutes, season with salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce. Fill pie shells and bake according to package directions.
