2 8 oz cream cheese
4 1/2 oz grated cheese
1 envelope of Ranch dressing mix
3 or 4 greens onions finely chopped (optional)
4 or 5 chopped jalapeņos (optional)
dash of jap juice (optional)
Chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients (except pecans) together.

Roll into 2 large balls or 3 smaller balls.

Roll balls in chopped pecans. You can roll in crushed Ritz crackers for those who don't like pecans.

You can also put a few pecans in the cheese ball.

You can change up what you put in the cheese ball. Sometimes I use Fiesta Dip mix. Crowd pleaser!
