2lbs sausage (cooked & crumbled)
1 1/2 cup bisquick
16 oz. shredded cheese
1/2 cup finely chopped onion (optional)

Cook and crumble sausage.
Mix all ingredients together and form into 1" balls

Bake 15 minutes @ 375º on ungreased cookie sheet

For firmer balls add a little more bisquick and a little more cheese
