Crust:
2 cups graham wafer crumbs,
1/2 c. sugar,
1/2 c. butter

Filling:
1 pkg 250g (8oz) cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
2 tsp vanilla or lemon juice
3 1/2 c. Cool Whip, thawed

Assorted fruit for topping.

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare your crust and press into a 9" springform pan. Then prepare the filling by beating the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla together until smooth. Fold in the Cool Whip and spoon the mixture into the prepared crust. Chill until set (about 4 hours) and then place the fruit on top before serving.
