1 3/4 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup oleo, softened
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/4 cup buttermilk
1 cup mashed bananas
1/2 cup black walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together oleo, sugar, eggs, buttermilk and bananas. Add flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Mix together and stir in vanilla. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans and bake at 350º for 40 to 45 minutes.
