2 packages Red Star quick rising yeast
1/4 cup warm water
2 cups milk
2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon sugar
1 stick margarine, melted
8 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup warm water and 1 teaspoon sugar. Heat 2 cups milk until warm. Mix together milk, eggs, 1/2 cup sugar, yeast, salt and margarine. Add flour, 1 cup at a time, until dough is elastic. Let rise 2 hours. Knead down and make into rolls. Bake at 350º for 30 to 40 minutes,.
