1 small pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed
1 cup melted margarine
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
3 squares Baker's sweet chocolate
1 cup evaporated milk
2/3 cup sugar
3 tablespoons margarine
1 container Cool Whip
Directions:
Directions:
Mix 1 cup margarine with cookies and pat down into an oblong pan. Take ice cream (softened) and spread over cookies. Freeze for 30 minutes. Over medium heat, melt chocolate, milk, sugar and margarine. Let boil 8 minutes, stirring constantly. Let cool for about 15 minutes. Spread over ice cream and freeze for another 30 minutes. Now spread the container of Cool Whip on top. Sprinkle with some cookies or nuts.
