2 large boxes Dream Whip (4 envelopes)
2 envelopes plain knox gelatin
2 cups pineapple juice
2 cups drained crushed pineapple
1 cup sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 large angel food cake
coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Soak gelatin in 4 teaspoons of cold water. Add 1 cup boiling water and cool. Add pineapple juice, crushed pineapple, salt, nuts, sugar and lemon juice; mix well. Let mixture set in refrigerator until firm. Whip 1 box Dream Whip. Fold into gelatin mixture. Rub all the brown off cake. Break cake in half. Break half the cake into small pieces. Line a cake pan with it. Add 1/2 the mixture over cake. Add another layer of cake then the rest of mixture. Ice with other box of Dream Whip. Sprinkle top with coconut and chill overnight.
