5ea cans of Muir Glenn tomatoes substitute good quality canned tomato
5ea lg white onion, rough chopped
10ea garlic cloves smashed with the side of your knife
3tbl of tumeric
1t of honey
4qts of cold water
1inch of galangal or .5inch of ginger chopped
1c. of oil
2c. of olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. In the large rondue, on medium heat, put the onions, garlic, and ginger together in the pot and saute
2. When the onions are translucent add the turmeric and season with salt and stir
3. After two or three minutes add the tomatoes, water and stew together for 45minutes to and hour of medium to low heat
4. Blend mixture together with the olive oil and the t of honey, season as necessary
