1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 medium onion
1 - 4 oz. can chopped green chili's (medium)
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 cup prepared salsa
2 cups hot water
1 tablespoon beef bouillon
2 cups uncooked thin noodles
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

Add oil to skillet. Add meat and chopped onion. Cook, stirring often, until meat is brown. Pour off drippings. Add chilis and mushrooms. Cook 3 minutes; stir in salsa. Cook 2 to 3 minutes, then bring water to a boil. Stir in bouillon. Add noodles and cook 5 minutes; drain well. Stir noodles into meat mixture. Put into a 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
