6 - 8 slices of white bread, trim off crusts
1 c. grated sharp cheese
3/4 c. milk
1 lb. sausage cooked, drained and cut into small pieces
1 dozen eggs
2 Tb Dijon mustard or 2 tsp ground mustard
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small can of mushrooms
salt & pepper
any additional seasonings to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, add milk, mustard, soup, seasonings, add mushrooms. Grease 9 x 13 pan or spray with PAM. Put bread on bottom of pan. Pour egg mixture over bread. Add sausage and sprinkle cheese on top. Cover & refrigerate overnight. Bake 45 minutes @ 350 degrees or until set.
