5 lbs skinless & boneless chicken breasts

1 C small macaroni

1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 small pkg frozen peas
1 small jar pimento, drained

3 cans Franco American chicken gravy
3 cans (soup cans) Hellman's Mayonaise
2 tsp instant onion flakes
2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp Tabasco

1 C grated cheddar cheese

1/4 box Waverly Crackers ---crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer chicken until tender & cut into bite sized pieces.

Boil macaroni for 2 minutes. Drain.
Put chicken and macaroni in a 9x13 pan.

Layer water chestnuts, peas, pimento on top of macaroni and chicken.

Mix gravy, mayonnaise, onion, lemon juice, poultry seasoning, salt & tabasco together.

Pour mixture over the water chestnuts, peas, pimento layer.

Add grated cheese.

Mix crushed crackers with 1 stick melted butter and place on top.

Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
