1 lb butter
1-1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Beat together first 3 ingredients until blended. Add remaining ingredients. Drop by teaspoonful on slightly greased cookie sheet. Do not flatten.
Bake at 300 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
