"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

1 whole chicken boiled or 5 chicken breasts boiled
3 chicken bullion cubes

2 celery stalks chopped
2 tbsp of butter

Dumplings

4 cans cheap biscuits
flour
salt, pepper & garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken with the above ingredients. When cooked cut up or remove from bone and set aside. Keep broth hot.

Add about a cup of flour to a bowl season with salt pepper and garlic.

Take the biscuits and smash them in the flour. I then flatten with my fingers almost paper thin. Cut up with a knife or kitchen shears about the size of a quarter or a bit larger. After you get all the dumplings made add to the boiling broth. I add a little bit of flour just to thicken the broth a little. Lower the heat and stir the dumplings as soon as you get them in so they don't stick together. Add the chicken and cook for about 20 minutes.
