38lbs of chicken
10ea large onion
Various fresh vegetable ie broccoli, green beans, mushrooms, peppers etc
6qts of yellow curry sauce

Directions:
Directions:
1. Slice the chicken into 1/4inch cubes or chunks rather and season with oil and salt
2. In the large rondue, start oil with the sliced onion and vegetables and allow to cook slightly and then remove
3. In the same pan, reheat and add a little more oil, and then add the chicken a few pieces at a time till all the chicken is in the pan and steam
4. Before the chicken is fully cooked add the yellow curry and cook until the chicken is juicy and fully cooked
5. Adjust seasoning as necessary

This recipe may need a little adjust depending on what vegetables you use or how spicy the yellow curry or how much water the chicken lets out as retention. Just be mindful!
